Jogging, lifting weights and low carbing

I've been for two or three weeks, following a low carb diet jogging 3 days a week and lifting weighs the other 3 days of the week, resting one day. I'm loosing a lot of body fat and hopefully will keep my muscle mass, let's see what results I get in three more weeks.
